If you've got big kids they might be partaking in a book parade 'round about now. The kiddo has his very first parade next week, he can't wait! If you've got some time and are looking for ideas, your little may like to:

Dress up like one of the kids on The Wimpy Kid covers.

Be The Gruffalo (and the mouse! For kiddos with smaller siblings tagging along).

Be a rain cloud. Maybe the one from Winnie The Pooh? Cute.

Dress up like the adorable Madeline.

Pop on a stripy top and glasses and be Wally of Where's Wally.

Dress up in a white blouse, black braces and a black skirt like Eloise.

Go as one of the characters from Alice in Wonderland, like Alice, the Queen of Hearts, the Cheshire Cat or the White Rabbit (above).

And, last but not least, they're not originally book characters but what little doesn't want to be a Lego person?!

Have you been busy helping your wee ones get ready for book week? Which character do they want to dress up as? I'd love to hear!

  1. Woooow... They are real models. What are the characters? Are they from the tales? I bet they played in some performance.
