ReplyDeleteThis Christmas I'm most looking forward to knowing that a friend's deepest wish is fulfilled and she will be spending it with her family. After 35 years of living with a severe neuroimmune disease she is often bedridden and totally unable to travel to the other side of the world where her daughter and the son-and-law and grand-daughter she has never met are living, and they haven't had the resources to visit her. Finally this Christmas they will all be together and I know she will be the happiest she could possibly be. That knowledge sets my heart aglow.
ReplyDelete(Amazing giveaway and I think that if I were lucky enough to win I'd have to share with my friend because I know her grand-daughter would love some of these goodies.)
Wishing everyone a peaceful and joyous Christmas.
Christmas morning. Waking up far too early and sipping coffee/scoffing croissants with my most special people. Lunch with friends. Dinner at the beach. Watching miss two bubble over with every moment the day holds. Hmmm, at 37 weeks pregnant looks like other than looking forward to eating the other would be holding a new bubba. Amazing giveaway Bron. Fingers and toes crossed. X ashley

And this year we are all sharing the joy of our third child's birth approaching next March. We will be counting our many blessings and grateful for all we have - each other.
electronette@gmail.com
Christmas for me this year is very much about being grateful to be here with my babies, holding them and loving them and not being sick any more. It is also about closure and moving on, celebrating that we made it through together and resuming life's normal rythym again.

ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to spending our first Christmas as a family of 3. It's been a struggle to get this little family into odd numbers and so I suppose I am particuarly looking forward to just enjoying Christmas and losing that tinge of negativity that kept creeping in each year. (theshenanigans79 @ gmail.com)

Something i look foward to doing every Christmas, is making homemade treats, like rum balls, coconut ice , bikkies ect and taking them down to the homeless people! Its probably the only gift they will recieve at christmas time, and the look on their face when you give it to them is just priceless.
