baby : 15 weeks

posted on: Friday, April 20, 2012

So this is the post where I say, ohmahgosh where has the time gone? I've felt pretty cool about miss lady's growing, growing, growing, so far. That's what we want her to do, right? But this week I've come over all disbelieving that she's already 15 weeks old and her 4 month birthday is just around the corner.

She's started pushing herself up with her arms and we know where that leads: more rolling and then crawling. Eek. Time, slow your roll! Because I am having such beautiful days that I want them to last forever.

As I'm sure you can relate, we have some bad weeks and some good. Lately there's definitely been more of the good. Instead of worrying that that means something less fun is around the corner I'm just going to enjoy these sunny times while they're here.

So how's life treating you? I really would love to hear.

The baby space readership has grown recently and I'm so curious about who you are. Would you mind my asking, are you reading because a) you're pregnant, b) you have an infant, c) you like the wee spaces, d) because you're my mother (hi ma!) or, e) some other reason?

Don't feel you have to out yourself if you'd rather not, but I sure am curious.

Have a lovely weekend!

And now here you are!

  8. Maybe she's just mesmerised in an adoring little sister way! I've been doing the dishevelled bag/ toddler/ hair thing for so long now I doubt there is any chance of changing back!

  9. PS I have a toddler, love the room stylings of real people and have no idea how I found you it was so long ago. I do remember you announcing the pregnancy so it was a while. It's a dilemma- the can't wait to see what they do next/ stop growing up so fast thing.

  12. I definitely can relate, good days and bad days. After my second son was born I have been through quite a difficult time and I realized it only recently. This never meant I DIDN'T ENJOY BEING WITH HIM, but let's say I didn't enjoy being with "myself". I learned motherhood never has to be taken for granted. Oh she's gorgeous!

  18. I can't remember how I found your blog. It may have been a blog feature on another blog? but anywoo I love it. It may have been Pinterest. I was pregnant last year and had a baby in January so I think I started following to see the progress of your pregnancy. It instantly makes me feel connected to read about other pregnant Moms. I also have 3 children...5 yr old (girl) , 2 yr old (girl), 12 week old (boy). Your daughter is precious and love hearing about how your children interact with her. :)

  30. I recently found your blog through nest design studio. I have a two yr old boy and love to connect with others in the same situation and I do love looking at wee spaces. Also like to keep up with trends for kids interiors as I have a small etsy business designing and making boys baby quilts and pillow etc. I find the many mums running businesses from home very inspiring. Keep up the good work Nicolex
