One of the many projects I've been completing in the lead up to the big birth day is getting the preschooler's baby book up to date.At the same time I'm on the hunt for a new one for the baby space baby. I'm really fancying this plain album with a sweet embroidered cover designed by Aussie artist and author, Emma Magenta. Have you come across Emma's delightful work before? She also has lovely fairy tale style picture books for grownups about love, loss and discovery. Pure whimsy.

Oh wow, this is so creative and unique! I love it. I'm not even sure where my baby book for my kiddo is. Gulp! When I hear stories about friends' families, I always feel sad but laugh at the same time for baby #2 and up because baby #1 always has a jam-packed baby book while the others just has their name and weight inscribed within. lol. Good luck with both! : )

I am actually just starting Grace's baby album now while I'm doing Sophie's. While I did put together a little album of Grace's first year, i was yet to complete a baby book so now I'm doing both girls' books at the same time :)
