Use vintage fabric accents -- for details like lampshades and as shelf backing -- and a coat of yellow paint on simple nursery furniture to create a delightful retro splash.
Boys like dolls and teddies too (more on this later). Make a playful statement piece by brightening up a vintage pram -- it can double as a big yellow bus or even a getaway car for superhero games.
Maybe it's the season, but lately I've been really enjoying all things yellow for the preschooler's room. Are you a fan of sunshine in the nursery?

ReplyDeleteI LoVe yellow and teal together at the moment my blog is even decked out in it! Aston has yellow curtins in his room so I am going to work around that to do up his room. He is now almost 9months and has been in our room since birth but I'm thinking he might go in his own room soon. Gorgeous pics :)
