la petite chambreThe Baby Space toddler and I found an hour to sneak off to the always lovely Mathilda's Market in Paddington last Saturday. See that La Petite Chambre drum that he's reaching for? The toddler was in heaven with it. He drummed all the way down Oxford St after we left.
lovely jovelyThe venue wasn't as large as last time but the goodies, like these colourful and eclectic Lovely Jovely plushies, were just as delightful!
funky monkey Who doesn't love a sock monkey?! A classic toy and a great jumping-off point for a nursery theme.
roxy creationsAnd it was fun to peruse the Christmassy items like the unique hand-embroidered cushions from Roxy Creations.
little snoringAfter admiring them online for so long it was a delight to see Little Snoring up close and miniature. The still-life dinner platter and dessert brooches were so sweet and the Little Snoring signature gumball necklace is such a playful statement piece.
threadpetsThe vibrant Threadpets 'Edwin' superheroes caught my plushie-loving eye with their funky blue ears and saucer-round eyes.
and me tooLiberty headbands for only $14 AUD or approx $19.60 USD! and me too have a plethora of classic French-inspired children's pieces. The perfect antidote to pink and sparkles.
alfalfa I had to tear myself away from the alfalfa crafts stand. Katherine O' Hara's quirky fabric purses, pendants and pegs would make gorgeous gifts for grownup children too.
twice designsVintage-inspired pins by twice designs -- perfect for a sweet Christmas stocking surprise. (This blurry photo does not do them justice!)
selkie smithIf there are candy canes about (as there were on the lovely Selkie Smith stand) the toddler will spot them! How 'bout you? Have you dashed out for a spot of Christmas shopping already?

I always seem to have something else on when Mathilda's Market comes to town...and now your pics make me feel like I'm DEF missing out!! It looks like a great mix of things...
