This past Tuesday at 3pm most of Australia stopped for Melbourne Cup day. I was in the office and didn't really stop -- how un-Australian of me!
I think I'm more of a slower-paced pony fan. More of a meander-around-the-meadow kind of being. So is the Baby Space toddler. Here he is having his first ever pony ride at the fabulous Addison Road Markets in Marrickville. He happily trotted off without a backward glance.
If you're in the Sydney area you might like to pop down to visit the markets -- they're on every Sunday from around 8:30am-3pm. Or do you have a local pony-ride spot you'd like to recommend? Or do you have your very own pet pony in a paddock?!Here's to having a lovely weekend everyone!
