For a room that exudes a delicious pink mood, why not consider a few creative options before turning to the paint? A floaty pink-patterned canopy and delicate light-fitting can instantly add an air of uplifting luxury to your wee one's space.

A gathering of ruffled pom poms and accordion lanterns transforms this nursery from tailored and neutral to pink and festive.

Patchwork papering in tones of pink and lavender makes for a strong and quirky feature wall, while favourite rose-hued outfits displayed on strategically placed hangers completes the whimsical look.

So how about you -- would you pink-a-dot or not?

And in other news the lovely Chantale at The Adventures of Skinny Mini Kiki asked me a few questions about myself and Baby Space. You can check the interview out here if you'd like.

  2. Wish you did this before I painted Ruby's Room PINK! That would have been a better option. Oh well... maybe when its time I will switch back to white and use all her pink & red as polka dot accents. Love the images!

  4. I love canopies in girls rooms - just so princessy! I'd definitely pink-a-dot before I'd paint pink walls.
